Viessmann has developed and implemented a quality assurance system to document the company's business processes in order to better meet customer requirements and expectations and to comply with regulatory requirements in accordance with the Danish Working Environment Authority's Order No. 100 of January 31, 2007, regarding "Use of Pressure Equipment" as a "Competent Company".

  • Viessmann's proposals must meet customer needs in terms of price and quality.
  • 75% of Viessmann's proposals must result in orders.
  • Complaint costs must not exceed 2% of total turnover.
